We are a small business, so we put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 5-10 business days from the date that it is placed. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. Custom purchases may be subject to an extended shipping time. Email will be sent out if shipping is extended for any reason.
Verification
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is placed. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
Shipping on PHANTôME Exclusives
The PHANTôME SHOP will automatically send the order to order management software, which enters your order into our system. We begin manufacturing orders at the end each business day. Orders typically begin manufacturing within 48 hours of being placed. All orders are made on demand as they come in, cut and sewed together, then sent right to your door step! This process takes 6-12 business days.
